I had a great experience at Panache. Susie(Salon owner and a stylist) gave a nice layer hair cut which looked great on my flat straight hair. Charges were pretty reasonable for the effort and the customized hair cut I got. Thanks alot Susie and happy holidays.:-)

Great hair studio. Susie has been cutting hair for over 30 years. She gives you a good cut and at a fair price. She and her staff take great care of her customers and always treats you with respect. They always get you served at in reasonable time whether you have an appointment or not. Thank you!!! Jasmine has been there a couple years and does a great job too. Whitney has been there a year and is fantastic! Everyone there does amazing work!!!!

Worst hair experience I've had. Went in to get a blue ombre. Blue at the roots, fading to blonde. My hair was already blonde (especially the ends). I called in and asked if there was anyone who specialized in exotic colors. Jasmine answered the phone and said she could. I got to the salon and asked to see previous works. She had none. I thought that was strange for a specialist to have no pictures of their clients hair. But I went with it anyways. She didn't try to hold a conversation or ask me questions during the coloring session. I figured she knew what she was doing. She starts by bleaching my entire head, even my ends which weren't in the best condition and didn't need the extra stress. She was sloppy and careless, getting blue dye all over my face and hands, and even managed to get it in my eye. So I'm sitting in her chair, eyes red, watering, and irritated. I had to run and wash out my eye in the hair rinsing station. She rinses the blue dye out of my hair and my entire head is blue! Smurf blue. I looked like a clown. The dye was splotchy and uneven, some parts were even green. I was really upset, and she confidently assured me that she could fix it. So I let her try, but a professional shouldn't have to redo their work. I shouldn't have to leave the salon with a color I am unhappy with because it will "eventually fade" into the color I want. She told me that there was just a miscommunication- but if she had any questions she should have asked. 6 days later and my hair is still bright blue, all the way to the tips. It has affected my money, my business at work, and my self esteem. I absolutely hate it, but I can't do anything to fix it because if I bleach my hair again it will lose all the curl and texture that I love about my hair. So, before you get your hair done, just do some research. This might not be the best place for you.
