After walking into the salon and not being greeted for about 15 min I had to call the main number to get a stylist to come to the front of the salon. The male stylist here knotted my hair during a wash and took out so much of my hair. I went to the salon for a simple updo Chinese bangs with a high bun. The male stylist didnt even know what he was doing. I had to be transferred to another stylist which whom was great. But I'm never returning here again. Cause after I asked him did he knot my hair why he was combing it out and it hurt he lied I saw the knots of hair hit the floor. My regular stylists had to blend my hair cause he has stripped it so bad with alot of buildup.

I've never gotten so many compliments on my hair! Even my bff said she is jealous. Rasslyn is an artist, truly talented. She helped me pick a color and a style. I'll be back. Thank you!

Always a pleasant experience. All of the staff are nice. Sabrina is my stylist and she is very efficient and professional. She doesn't let you leave unless you are completely satisfied.
