My hair was beautiful but the biggest issue it was too tight the braided my baby hair and my scalp was extremely irrited. I had to remove the braids 3 days later!!!! I've gotten my hair braided here twice so far. They're the only women that can grip my hair since it's so short. I can honestly say they have gained a new customer. I will be letting them do all my protective styles from now on.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place and the employers are very nasty and rude. I was told last night after asking for two feeder braids that, "you just wana be a white girl"! As much knowledge of self that I have with no lack of self love, that would be the last thing I would want to be. I have put a ton of money in their hands over several years. I have one favorite person there, Aisha(light skinned) and2 other people that I've grown to love. Unfortunately that particular night neither of them were there. I honestly used this place as a last resort being that they always seem to rub me the wrong way and dont do hair like they did when they first opened. It's like another korean nail shop that just wana get u in an out of their chair to catch the next dollar whether the quality of the hairstyle is met or not. I really couldn't believe what I experienced yesterday. I told the girl who did my hair, that she was RUDE and the owner of the shop jump up out of her seat and told me not to say that and to get out an don't come bk. WOW!!! I am beyond appalled. Might I add that they only cater and give great customer service to CELEBRITIES. If you're not a CELEBRITY you might as well get ready to get your hair done how they want your hair done, you have no say so.

Originally gave 3 stars but quality of service has gone down. Braids are way too tight I had a few completely fall out at the root leaving me with patches of hair missing. If you have more than one braider doing your hair be careful bc your braids will be different sizes and not uniform.
