I went Salon Dana and booked a highlight and cut with Dana herself. Their website and photos impressed me, as well as her bio; however, I left extremely unhappy. My highlight did not at all turn out as I expected, even though I showed photos of what I had in mind. My haircut was even worst. The service costed me over $450, plus tip. Regardless, of not liking it, the service was still performed, which is why I left a tip.
After a couple of days of really not liking the color, Dana was accommodating and was able to see me that weekend to tone the color down. I did not mention the haircut, as I could not afford to lose anymore length should she try to fix it. That second visit costed about a $100, plus tip. I did end up going to another salon to fix the uneven haircut. So in all, highlights and haircut, costed a total $650.
