$90 for single process root coloring. charges $40extra for blowdry and I didnt do it so he roughdried but left wet. Paid $110total with tip. later friend told me different salon that charges 50~60. anyways besides the overpricing service wasnt so bad. Jeff was nice.

The W salon what can you say Thi and his crew are awesome. I used to see Thi when he was at Liberty House and now in kakaako. Amy takes good care in cutting and coloring my hair. All I can say is if you want awesome customer service and hair this is the place.

I absolutely loved the W! From booking my 1st appointment, to being introduced into the chair, to checking out and leaving the salon. I felt like I was well taken cared of. Everything seemed effortless. Booking was fast and efficient, checking in the receptionist was friendly and made sure I was comfortable even offering refreshments before I was taken in by the stylist. As I was having my hair done the stylist continued on with that care making sure I was comfortable, as he did my hair I saw how much careful attention he gave to it and the result of my hair service matched exactly what I asked for. This place is the definition of a high-end salon. I will definitely be recommending this salon to everyone I know. Thanks W salon!

Had my hair cut with Dustin today. He is fun, honest and only wants the best for his customers. He told me my hair was in bad shape and what would be best to do. I trusted him and his work exceeded my expectations! I am so happy with my hair cut. If you want a fun hair stylist that gives you the look that underlines and brings out your best features I highly recommend you book an appointment with him.
