The place had hair all over the floor of different lengths. No one was cleaning it up and one lady asked us to sit amd wait while she chatted. Obviously talking takes priority over new customers or cleanliness. We left. Won't go back.

INSIST ON VAN TO CUT YOUR HAIR. SHE IS VERY TALENTED AND EXPERIENCED! VAN CUTS BOTH MY SON'S HAIR AND MINE. SHE REALLY IS GREAT WITH KIDS AND ADULTS ALIKE. INSIST ON VAN; YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

When I make an appointment at 1030, I expect to be helped within that time frame. Ten minutes late, not really a deal breaker. But when you schedule me to meet you at 1030 then tell me I have three people ahead of me is a pretty crappy situation Jon. Not to mention you walked in at 1028. So what was the point of asking me to come in at 1030 if there was already three people ahead of me? Unprofessional.
