I recently moved to Hawaii from Oklahoma. As we all know a good hair stylist is HARD to find. I ventured out to Citizen's Salon where Jeff was able to get me in the same day. He did a fabulous job and I have one of the best cuts I have ever had! They also offer a complimentary beverage (cappuccino was my choice) and had the sweetest French Bulldogs that they said I was allowed to stop in and visit anytime! Thank you, Citizens Salon for making my first hair experience in Hawaii a great one! I will be back and would strongly refer anyone here!

“In Honolulu, hair salon owner Jaime Malapit texted his clients that he was cancelling their appointments and was closing his shop for the day. Having never actually visited this salon, I am giving them five stars. Even when he thought the world was ending, he showed common courtesy and texted his clients to let them know he wouldn’t be in! Well done, sir.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! all staff is unbelievably welcoming and the place is stylish and clean. Receptionist always greets you with an unbelievably delicious cup of coffee or an ice cold water if that's your choice. Always get a chocolate too. This salon starts the pampering from the min you walk in the door. My hair dresser (Jaime) always takes his time and always does an amazing job. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair.
