You're going to have a much better experience if you use the check-in app. I was helped today by Shanan. She did a great job, was friendly and kind. She worked quickly but definitely took her time to make sure my hair was even and her work through. I also loved that she wasn't obnoxiously loud like some hair stylist tend to be, when they talk and laugh, etc. (That's just a personal preference though.) Thanks Shanan! You're a gem.

Wonderful job cutting my hair. Jo, the stylist, listened to what I wanted done and then DID it. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Always good service. I recommend using the app to check-in, much better than waiting in line.

Worst haircut I have ever gotten in my 32 years. Went there excited for a new look and instead I have to walk around for the next 4 months waiting for my butchered hair to grow back. Will never go back again. Save your hair, people!
