Got my hair cut here. Was shorter than I ever wanted. Was honestly devasted by the amount taken away. After I refuse a style because I was so upset. That evening realized my left side was longer than my right. The day after I got my hair cut I moved out of state. So figured let my hair grow. Never go here again. Random trip had me coming back into town. So, I called for the Manager. Explaining my last visit and asked if I could come in and have them correct it. She told me my time had expired for any salon to correct such a mistake. She then began to make me feel bad for calling about this and said if it upset me that bad why didnt I come in sooner. I explained again, I moved out of state and honestly was so upset I didn't want to go back. Figured because I was in town. I'd never felt so embarrassed by someone. She was so unbelievably rude. She informed me she didn't find it a responsibility to fix it, but said she would consider it. At this moment I told her I was so upset with how she was treating me I didn't and won't seek their services.
It was poorly handled and made a customer feel ashamed that she wasn't happy with her haircut. Wow. What an experience.
