Was looking for a new long-term salon as I just moved into River North area. Seeing that iMale had amazing reviews and that it was only a 2 minute walk, I decided to give it a chance. I had booked an appointment for 11:15 on a Saturday. I arrived at 11:10 and patiently waited but my patients when out the door when the clock hit 11 :35. I did not receive a single update as the staff was too busy dealing with an angry customer who was MISTAKENLY removed from his scheduled booking. I had a very busy day and had to leave so I gave my 11:15 slot to the angry customer. Despite all these red flags in organization, the worst part was that not one single person tried to reschedule my appointment or thank me for cleaning up their mess with the other guy. They clearly didn't want my business. As a customer, I don't ask for much but I do ask for respect. Sadly, I did not find this here.
