My husband and I brought our son for his first haircut the week he turned one and we loved it so much! We booked with Laura and she did such a great job we loved how his hair looked and considering it was his first haircut, she was more than patient with him! After our great experience we brought him in twice a month and it was always a great experience for him and we loved the way they treated him! Last time we came he got his haircut with Peggy and she was so good! She took the time to clean up all the little fuzzy hairs with the clippers and was super gentle! Today we set an appointment to have him looking nice for his baptism tomorrow and we arrived 5 minutes past our schedule time (we called ahead to give them a heads up) not only did we get asked to find somewhere else because they couldn’t take us but when I asked if they were closed the receptionist just kept apologizing and didn’t offer to reschedule or help us out. I think she was new I never seen her before and took her a long time to help us even though no one was in line. Unfortunately, from this experience we will not be returning to this location. Even though it is a very cute place for kids, I don’t think it was right to turn down a customer that way!

I’ve been a client for 4 years now. My boys enjoy getting their haircuts here. They always look forward to their free toy from the “treasure chest” and a lollipop. I typically book with Rashall and she is AMAZING. She takes her time, is great with kids, and professional. We have used other stylists besides her but she is for go-to person.

Made an appointment for 6:00PM with Peggy, was told we would be called in about 6-7 minutes. At 6:25PM, we were finally called with Andrea. Not sure why there was a change. Haircut was quick and easy. My daughter had a iPad to watch during her haircut. She even got a certificate for her first haircut with a picture and lock of hair. I overheard a lady ahead of us was compensated with something for a 20 minute wait. We waited 25 minutes, bought a few small things there and did not receive any compensation for a 35 minute wait. I don't think I'll return anytime soon. Appointments seem like they are 15 minutes apart, but that seems crowded and they don't run on time.

LOVE THIS PLACE! it’s a pretty long drive from my house but it’s definitely worth it! Took my son to get his first haircut and I booked with RASHALL and let me just say she was so incredible! And so good with him! Definitely recommend booking with her, she left my son looking so handsome!! Can’t wait to go back!!

We had a wonderful experience at Kidsnips today! My son went in for his very first haircut at just shy of 18 months. I chose his appointment with Rashall based on other great reviews. She did not disappoint! She was great with him! She cut his hair quickly and checked in with us along the way to make sure everything was good! She even packed me an extra bag of cut hair for a keepsake I will be having made. We will definitely be returning! Thanks again!
