Although I've used this place before, my frustration is that you can't really make an appointment with a particular stylist, so you "get what you get" when you go here. Most recently, my hair was butchered by a "stylist" named 'Estuardo' (the only male I've ever seen working here). Didn't read the notes from the previous stylist, would not listen to what I was asking for, just dove in and started buzzing my hair. Cut it completely wrong, contrary to the notes they have on file - then did some rapid, uneven trimming which left one side of my hair about an inch above my ear (hello? 1950 called, they want their clippers back!), and the other side about 1/4 inch above it. The entire shearing took less than 5 minutes - i felt like a sheep. No evening of the hair, no layer, nothing. the only reason i'm giving this two stars is because occasionally, you'll find a stylist here that actually knows what they are doing. After complaining to Great Clips on their customer feedback page, I was told "Yeah, that's a franchise, we don't care" and was handed off to the franchisee, who did follow up and offer to refund the cost of the cut. Of course that didn't really help me, as i had to scramble to find another place to try and fix the hack job their barber school student foisted onto me, and wound up paying twice as much.

My favorite Kitty! Where did she go? Can anyone tell me? Sweet and a very talented stylist!!! So sad to hear she is gone.

i know it's all about the stylist to make you fell happy about your haircut not the shop itself thus is why i gave 2 stars not one, so my stylist wasn't know what to do, i spent 40 sitting on the chair telling here what i want and finely i gave up and went to another shop to have my hair cut in the right way, so unhappy
