Don’t waste your money. Stylists seem like they hate their jobs. Poor customer service and cuts are poorly done. Won’t be going back there.

The girl working at the front desk was extremely rude!! We walked in for an appointment as the window said "walk-ins welcome" and we stood there for a couple minutes waiting and she didn't bother to look up, say hi or acknowledge us at all. We had to say something and she had a very bad attitude with us. She proceeded to tell us that it would be a 2 hour wait and we said that was fine. She put a piece of paper up on the counter to collect our information but literally did not even say "can you please fill this out?". My husband just filled out the paper and gave it to her. she then stood there again, staring at the computer and did not acknowledge us. We said "umm are we all set??" and again she rudely responded. I have never written a bad review before but I feel like this was one of the worst customer service situations I have experienced. The younger girl that works at the front desk should not be working with the public...

My daughter got her hair cut here... shoulder length with long layers is what we asked for. What we got was a choppy, uneven cut with an entire section that was 2 inches longer than the rest in the back. It looked like a tail. They also butchered my son's hair and now he had to wear a hat for the next two months so he doesn't get sunburn. They don't even deserve 1 star. Never going back!

Took my son for his first hair. The wait times are long, have to make an appointment. The place needs to update the seats and the tvs the kids watch. This is the only place for kids in Orland Park to get a hair cut.

Took my son for his first haircut. Told them we loved his waves and wanted to keep it long, just to clean it up a bit. They hacked his hair. It is all different lengths super short and long around the ears. The most awful haircut I have ever seen. Will never go back. And now I have to find someone else to fix it for the holidays. Yipeee!
