It was aweful. If I could give no stars I would. I went in and asked for highlights and specifically told them I did not want golden blonde highlights. What did they do? Give me gold highlights and a big orange blotch on the middle of the top of my head. The manager told me to come back in two weeks to correct the problem and a 20% off discount. After the fact the girl went in to "correct the issue" multiple times!!! I was a fool to begin with to allow her to go in two times after. Damaging my hair. I called a few days later and told them I wanted a refund and would NOT be going back for any further coloring period!!!!! Beware ladies. Hair doesn't grow back fast! Once the damage is done it's done!!!! If I could post a picture of the after effects I sure would for some reason it does not allow me to do so.
