Great location and easy parking - and that's just the outside! Great vibe in this friendly, neighborhood feeling boutique salon. The staff is terrific and the stylists are all talented and top notch. Stevie is a color genius and she and shop-owner Ailee do amazing cuts. Laura is the goddess of hairwashing and scalp massage, not to mention her wizardry with curly hair styling. Love Marquis at the front desk.

Love love LOVE Aim & Ailie's Salon! I've been seeing Stevie for.... I dunno, a year now?... and I am just thrilled with how well she and I work together to develop and maintain a fun look. She listens and has great ideas and I sincerely enjoying chatting with her. I find the salon itself to warm and welcoming and comfortable - most of the stylists know who I am even though I don't see them. Just a great place. PLUS you can get fun color which is difficult to find outside of the city.

I will keep this short and sweet, the staff is lovely, professional, and talented. The products used are not harsh. I walked out with my hair beyond expectations, happy as a clam. I will definitely go back and request Hannah, because her diva haircut is excellent. ðŸ‘ŒðŸ‘Œ

I don't like to wash, comb, cut nor style my hair. Ailie is somehow is able to make my occasionally washed finger styled hair that I spend a few seconds on look good. Additionally, thee service is fantastic and the products are excellent. I wouldn't even consider going any place else. Thank you so much

I needed an emergency make-over for a job interview and Aim & Ailie came through! First by squeezing me in on their first available cancelation slot and second by Ailie's brilliant hair stylist skills. We cut 12 inches off my thick heavy hair and donated it to a place that makes free wigs for low-income families. And now I'm feeling great with my updated look and my hair is curling happily! I will definitely keep coming back!
