Waste of your time. Lady seem okay. But she barely looked at the picture of the style I wanted, which is basically a trim and added layers. She cut my hair dry. My hair is oddly wavy because I tied it so its not going to be cut evenly when she cut it dried. She only took less than 10 minutes to cut my hair. Layers are completely off and the length too. I asked her to cut one side, but she just split my hair in the middle with her comb, saying it is even. Maybe, I was wrong. At that point, I just wanted to leave because she obviously wasn't going to fix it. I talked to my boyfriend's 10 year old sister, and she just looked at me with shock. You know when a 10 year old girl looks at you with a disappointed and shocked look that it was that bad. Never go here if you're a female. Maybe she is good at doing at males hair, but definitely not females. Disappointed. Worth $2.

Not open till 7:00 olny 6:15 I went over there they were all sitting in the still there when I tried to open the door it's was looked instead of saying we are closed they all just look at me like what do you want us to do

We usually come here for eyebrows and haircuts and they do an ok job for the price. Yesterday though, they gave my brother an extremely bad haircut right before my sisters wedding. The haircut was so bad that my mom cried when she saw his hair. When we asked them to redo or fix it they became very defensive and rude and started blaming my kid brother saying he should've said something as they were cutting. He has glasses and had to take them off while she did it so he couldn't even see. Also how is he supposed to say something when you shave half his head in a matter of 10 seconds?? I'm very turned off by their insincere attitude. Honestly mistakes happen, but they should've owned up to it.

This place is horrible, the good comments are probably from the owners or family members. I had a bad experience on my visit today 7/2/17 the Bosnian lady is extremely rude and this is the second time she cuts my hair and it will be the last !! Customer service is very poor! If I could give it less than one star I would. I will take my business else where! Stay away from this unprofessional place.
