Fast service. Little to no wait. Staff is super friendly and they know how you want your hair done! No complaints.

What a God awful experience. I stopped coming to this location approximately 1 year ago because I felt that the stylists were very hit or miss, but my sister continued to come here because she (somehow) never had an issue. Today, we came in and asked simply for a trim and some basic face-framing. The stylist, a short middle aged woman with short hair and glasses, did not pay any attention to what she was doing while cutting my sister's hair, even asking other stylists and patrons where she could find a Domino's pizza location after work. Extremely unprofessional. The crux of the issue is that rather than give my sister face-framing layers, she cut a huge chunk out of the front of her hair and told her that she was free to go. When confronted about the botch job, she had the audacity to tell us, "This is the new style." Are you kidding me?? Thankfully, another stylist, Albana (sp?), stepped in and attempted to fix the mess that the first stylist made, which is the only reason that there is a second star. Needless to say, we will not be back, and will be informing others in the area not to come here either. Word to the wise: spend a little more money and get your hair cut at an actual salon. Do not come here expecting quality.

Me & my fiance brought her nephew Marco for a haircut, it was the worst haircut I ever seen in my life. ...I wish I could post pictures so people could see the butcher job they did on his head. ..I guess they figured he was a kid & didn't matter. ...I don't recommend this place to anyone. ..not to mention the fat girl at the desk was extremely rude&unprofessional. ..Great clips need better staff at this location. I will make it a point to tell people not to go there. .DON'T LET CHERYL TOUCH YOUR HEAD. ...SHE IS THE ONE WHO BUTCHERED MARCOS HAIR
