Can I just say how much I LOVE this place? These skilled, wonderful people saved the day for me, and I will be a Sparrow loyalist for as long as I call Chicago home. Long story short, I experienced a bit of a hair catastrophe over at The Bird's Nest Salon (you can see my review there for pics), and not only did Sparrow do a hair consultation for me the day I called, but they set aside three hours to fix the cut and color the next afternoon. Chelsea was my stylist, and seeing how distraught I was on arrival, she explained every single step of the process she was going through to fix my hair, and this really helped me feel comfortable. I left that salon HAPPY! She did a beautiful rose gold balayage, and I am so grateful to the kind people that work here! They also offer you wine. Just sayin'.

A beautiful, intimate space with friendly and welcoming staff. Sparrow had branched out into beauty care products and currently sells their own essential oil blend along with several lines of hair care products.
