Terrible service. Waited 45 minutes after being told it would be up to 35 minutes, 2 people ahead of me. 4 people were working, only 2 we're doing haircuts. After waiting for 45 minutes, with 4 people waiting, one wokrer went on a lunch break. There should have been plenty of time for me to get a haircut before I had to be at work at 1pm as I got there at 1130. It got to be almost 12:20 and I knew I wouldn't have time to get it done and make it to work on time. Terrible service, terrible experience. I've worked in retail all my life, and I have never seen where it's okay for an employee to go on break while you have customers waiting, especially with some who have been waiting for a while. I will never return to this location. The last experience I had here was not so pleasant as well, but I figured I would give them another try. Thanks for wasting my time before I had to go to work.

Horrible experience. The lady who cut my hair did not even cut my hair evenly. For years I have had my best friend cut my hair and she has never had any training and she does a way better job than this place. IMG_9032.JPG IMG_9033.JPG. Not sure if you can see the imiges or not but the first one is what the lady at great clips did and the second one is what my best friend did to fix it.

After a bad haircut from someone who was still learning (understandable, not mad anymore, we all have to learn somehow) the manager was very very apologetic and helpful when I called. I went back in, and Gabby cut my hair this time. She did a WONDERFUL job, and both girls were a pleasure to talk to. I was very emotional over the initial haircut, but the manager and two stylists I talked to after more than made up for any bad feelings. I WILL be back. Thank you to all who turned this into a positive experience, it means a lot!

I've never really had a problem with the haircuts our family has received at Great Clips, especially when considering the price. But time also has value, and Great Clips doesn't care for our time. Today, my husband checked in online at 12:45 for the Lima Road store and was informed that there was a 37 minute wait time. We walked into the shop at 1:15, and were told that we still had a 40 minute wait time. In this day and age of technological wonders, how can Great Clips still be so backward when it comes to scheduling? If this happened just once, we would write it off as a glich of some sort. But this is the third time we have arrived according to the given wait time to find a very long wait time still ahead of us. There will be no fourth time--we will find another shop to cut our family's hair, one that is considerate of our time.
