The first couple times they were ok but then this last trip was the worst ever take my advise and go somewhere else. GREAT CLIPS IN GENERAL IS TERRIBLE.

The stylist seemed annoyed at first that I walked in (knowing my hair would take much longer than her typical male clientele), but she did a decent job cutting my hair. I will probably never go back because of how uncomfortable I felt while waiting and hearing the stylists sigh every time a new male customer walked in and asked how long the wait would be.

I got here when opened, could not checkin due to just opened. I am waiting due to stylist taking woman behind me. Not cool because I have been coming here for years. Go to Illinois road they are better
