Clearly management fails to understand that weekends ANYWHERE mean more people, so schedule more hair dressers. There are about 4 stations on each side but 3 were scheduled this evening. So the wait was said to be about 1 hr and 10 minutes. With half the people bringing their kids (4 or more). Instead of having the policy first come first serve, if someone CHECKED IN before you, they go before you. You could have been there 30 minutes already but it doesn't matter.
There is enough SPECIAL treatment in this world. Adding it to your business is a bad idea. Especially if a long time customer (such as myself) gets fed up and walks out. It says to those loyal, that "we don't need your money." Really? Then why in the last 15 years I have been coming there, have your prices gone up to $13 for a cut. Your business is growing right?
Needless to say, I walked out because lack of proper scheduling. I work 48 hours a week and have animals to care for. My schedule is tight and my drive home takes an hour. So 1 hour in my day is maybe all I have.
I'll try another location tomorrow or I will have to take my business elsewhere because this 15 year customer is unimportant.
