The only reason I would even give one star is because because he lady who did my hair was nice. But if you’re trying to do any kind of color, DO NOT GO HERE! I am serious. I went in and wanted to get an ombré type hair color. I asked/ and showed a photo of the colors I wanted at the top and bottom. First of all, my hair is COMPLETELY chemically damaged. I mean the lady had no clue what she was doing and she clearly didn’t even care enough to ask someone to be sure she wouldn’t be damaging my hair. So far it’s been 3 weeks and I have done a hair treatment on my hair every 3 days and it’s still falling out. Second of all, the top faded after 2 days! I paid $150 for this to be done and it faded in TWO DAYS! I wouldn’t have even paid if I had known how bad it was but I had been there 4 hours and had to leave so I didn’t have her dry it. Third, the owner, Carmen, is a snobby woman. She was rude to me and acted like she was better than everyone. So when I tried to call, no one answered (during business hours) and I left a message telling them my concerns and leaving my number for a call back and never got a call back. My hair is awful. In some spots there isn’t even any blonde and it looks so bad, and some places there is only a half inch of blonde and other places there is 4 inches of blonde lol it’s so bad! At the top I literally have SPOTS! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! I am warning anyone who is looking for a modern hairstyle! Oh and also the Cassie girl who everyone is raving about on here, doesn’t work there anymore.

The ladies at Carmen & Co are great! I get my hair done by Cassie and she does a FANTASTIC job. She's the first hair stylist in years that I actually trust with my hair. She's a hair wizard! And she always ensures my hair stays healthy by applying treatments and recommending things I can do at home as well. She's also the stylist that my husband and two kids go to! She's amazing!

I love this place! Cassie is my favorite but they all do a great job and listen to you. I drive 2 hours to see them just to get my hair done! Cassie does an amazing job! She has even stayed late just so that I could make it in from Indy to get my hair done. I recommend them to all my friends and I've never had any of them complain.
