I was very nervous about bringing Lauren to get a hair cut so I did it myself and didn't have a choice after that. I was nervous cause she has autism which comes in many ticks for her. Soo her hair dresser was a magician which I assume everyone working there is also as amazing. The prices are very fair they are very fast. I don't make much money to tip a 20$ but that magic trick was well worth it!

I am so disappointed that we brought my son here for his first haircut. His hair was beautiful and it’s a complete mess now. It was uneven and missing huge chunks in the back. I had to take him to a professional barber to get it fixed. They basically had to give him a very short crew cut (shaved sides) to fix what the hair dresser did at cookie cutters. Please consider looking elsewhere if you’re looking for a special experience.

Drove all the way up to Carmel and the door is locked. Two people sitting inside just looking at me . I see on the door that it states no walk-ins welcome. It says that nowhere on the website so I decided to call while I was standing there and I get the voicemail. It’s hard enough to travel with your child at appropriate times but nowhere does it say on your website that appointments are required and the fact that the two people sitting inside could not come out and let me know this or better yet answer the phone . I was really looking forward to getting my sons haircut at a children’s specific place but unfortunately we will not be returning.

Rudest customer service ever!! We made an appointment online for 3:45pm. We show up at 3:35pm and are told someone else has an appointment at that time and she won’t be able to see us unless they don’t show! Well at 3:45pm no one shows so my husband asks if my son can go ahead and get his hair cute since the other appointment didn’t show. Arnise proceeds to tell us not to get smart with her because she doesn’t even have to see us and that it’s her choice on whether she wants to cut my son’s hair or not. We absolutely will not be back!! Lack of help does not mean that you treat people with disrespect!

Horrible scheduling practice and needless to say besides attractive set up for kids, there is no other talent at this location. We booked our appointment and on the day informed in good faith that we’ll be 2-5 mins late. We were told we are not allowed to delay beyond 5 mins and we said okay. We reached 2-3 mins late and not 5, but waited in line to check in (while someone was paying and checking out). By the time my wife reached the counter, it was (just) 5 mins past our apt time and to our surprise the lady at the counter goes “you need to reschedule”!!! I mean seriously??? Even after informing in adjacent and being there within the permissible window (so gracious of them), we still get this treatment??? The reality to us seemed like they booked more than they could handle and gave this BS reason to us. Definitely would not step there again and will also inform others about the same.
