I got a great cut today from Courtney. She asked questions, measured length and took her time. Very happy with the results and she was a pleasure to chat with. All in all a very good experience at a great price.

I had a rather poor experience. My stylist Danielle cut my scalp twice and drew blood. The haircut wasn't quite what i wanted either. I'm going to get laughed at by my coworkers on Monday and I'm embarrassed to go out. I'll have to go to a more reputable barbershop tomorrow and try to get it fixed.

The staff was very rude and was turning their noses up. The Customers were non verbal. They were very argumentative when they were asked to cut their hair a specific way. We had to take them back and was created with more attitude. When we called to say how we were unhappy the lady yelled across the salon to say the ladies from the home. Then proceeded to over talk us and yell. Very unprofessional, hair cuts were distasteful and the ladies felt uncomfortable. One had an emotional break down. I'm so disappointed with the people that represented great clips today.
