Do not go here

My sister is getting married next weekend and went in this evening for a trim and some layers. When she sat down the stylist told her she had pretty hair. Then she started brushing it and said oh, did you go swimming or do you have well water? I thought you had pretty hair until I started brushing it and see this color. She told her it was orange. It may have some caramel hues but it’s not orange. She then butchered her hair. The layers were so uneven, not blended and choppy and way shorter than what she asked for. She has extremely long hair and there are places that won’t even go into a ponytail now. It looks like the time my kid got a hold of scissors and cut her own hair. Not only did she insult her hair color and give her a terrible cut she complained the whole time she cut her hair saying she was getting a workout and it’s the most she’s worked all day. My sister came over afterwards in complete tears. I wanted to go up to the salon but she wouldn’t let me so I’m leaving this

I am getting married next week & my fiancé went in for a haircut. The hair stylist named Karen turned out to be a actual Karen absolutely butchered her hair, not even close to what she asked for…. I mean who asks for a terrible haircut? All while the entire time making fun of her hair condition & color, saying she thought my fiancé had beautiful hair until she started brushing it & that her hair is orange. I can’t believe Karen would even except money from her after that, hell she should’ve paid my fiancé! My fiance was in tears for hours & had to have her sisters stylist do a emergency repair on her hair at 8 o’clock at night & pay yet again for something she shouldn’t have to dealt with in the first place. Ironically enough her little brother went there for a haircut a month prior & advised her to not go there because his haircut was terrible by another stylist there. Be advised not to go to this salon for any kind of haircut, male or female or you will most likely regret it.

Im extremely upset as of late I was a regular of several years and have never been more upset with how things have been as of lately. I’ve been canceled on twice without any calls. This is really hard on me because of what I deal with mentally. I do my best to be understanding but at this point it’s really hard. I love my experience with the stylists I’ve had but if this keeps happening I can’t keep going here.

Cheyenne did an amazing job fixing my hair when I came to her after another salon messed it up. I absolutely recommend her. This isn’t the first time they have had to fix my hair and they do amazing every time!
