They did a horrible job on simple braids and took a $100 and tried to justify it. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Never tried to fix the problem on made excuses. (0 star quality I couldn't remove the star)

I'm new to the area. I've had some bad experiences with salons all over the country and wasn't expecting much due to those experiences. But please believe me when I say, this was the ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE I've ever had in a salon in my 30+ years! From the phone call (pleasantly and patiently answering all my questions) to the very end (sharing laughs) this place surpassed my expectations. Oh and my hair is BEAUTIFUL! (Shampoo, conditioned and styled). Down to earth, clean environment, Affordable, professional and very friendly. These ladies are angels but don't take my word for it, go visit for yourself. I went in today around 10a and they were just so sweet!! Extremely nice women, I am in love with my braids nothing but compliments all day. They take their time and make sure you are pleased with your hair as well. I will always come to Adele's for my hair never going anywhere else. Really good customer service and entertaining shows chosen on the tv. It only took them 5 hours to do my micros whereas the last place I went took 12. They were also extremely gentle. 10/10

Nice people but I took my daughter's and on the TV was completely adult content, seating area was small and a bit unkept. Still, the braiding was excellent, fast and quality.
