I booked a hair color online via their website several days in advance. I received an email confirmation, I get ready to leave the house for my appointment and receive an email they canceled my appointment. I call and talk to Katlyn, she stated she does not know why it does that to people, and you are not allowed to make appointments online, just check in the same day or make an appointment over the phone.That is a lie because I have the confirmation for the scheduled time. I asked her if I could still come in at my scheduled time I have the email confirmation, if she did not cancel it then I should still have my appointment time. She said NO because she had someone check in a few minutes ago for a 10:30 appointment. The problem is if what Katlyn stated is true, then WHY is there a book online and WHY are we being allowed to make appointments days in advance? The owner needs to reformat this option or get rid of it, I am not the only one this is happening too. I will now have to find a new place to go, I only came here, but do to this unprofessional and dysfunctional booking method, that CLEARLY does not work, I will not be returning.
