Pure Concepts Salon is beyond outstanding. The staff is always so personable and welcoming. Their costumer service is the best I have ever encountered and never once had a bad experience. The atmosphere here is joyous and fun, mixed with the perfect amount of relaxation! I always leave there feeling beautiful and confident. Jackie is my go to stylist for my hair, and even my life at times. She is so supportive, encouraging, and one of the most beautiful people I know, inside and out. I will never be able to express the amount of gratitude I feel for this salon and staff! Thank you all!!!

I went in the other day and truly had the best experience. I’ve been extremely stressed lately, running from work to doctors appointments. Unfortunately my once vibrant red locks felt it too. I called in last minute and Faisal said that he could take me in last minute to freshen my hair up. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and calmed me as I’m an anxious person when I get my hair cut. He gave me the best shampoo I’ve ever had at a salon... it was amazing and relaxing. He gave me a scalp and hand massage which helped with all my stress. He knew I had an important appointment afterward so took his time while making sure I got out of there when I needed to. He gave me a complimentary conditioning treatment since it was my first time too. Faisal knew exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. My hair feels amazing and looks amazing. I can’t wait to go back. Pure Concepts is an experience everyone needs to have! Beautiful atmosphere and people. Thank you Faisal so much!!

My skin is so soft and my hair looks and smells like a million bucks. Faisal is amazing and he spoils his clients! Along with my cut, he gave me a relaxing scalp massage, facial, and makeover using all natural products. I am 100% in love with my hair and everything about Pure Concepts salon.

Faisal is the most talented and amazing stylist I’ve ever been too! I’ve never know someone to take so much time on making others look and feel their best!! I never know what I want to do with my long hair and he is always patient with amazing ideas that turn my crazy hair runway ready! He has higher standards for his stylings than the clients and I always leave feeling relaxed and beautiful. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for his amazing service. If you are looking for an amazing stylist that will make you look and feel incredible, look no further!!!

I would 100% recommend going to Pure Concepts in Carmel. They are so sweet and always do whats best for your hair. I would ask for the hairstylist Faisal. He has done my hair for 2 years and he is hoenstly the only person I trust to do my hair. He has relaxed my hair multiple times and has colored and cut it as well. He is very talented and super super sweet! 1000000% recommend him and this salon.
