After a year of growing out my hair I finally got it to the length where it stops in the middle of my back. I went to their salon and asked for a trim with a bit of layers explaining to her that I did not want her to cut my hair too short. The hair stylist decided to cut it short and kept cutting it after it was blow dried because it looked uneven leaving my hair to be shoulder length and choppy. The stylist said my hair is still at its original length which was not true. I have never cried so much about it considering how long it took for me to grow out my hair and usually I don't get that upset about hair. I probably have to wait another year to have it long again. In the meantime I have to tie my hair up so I wouldn't have to think about how horrible it looks.

Made a hair appointment to get a cut and color. The stylist met me after about 20 mins of waiting and proceeded to tell me she didn't have time to do my hair. This was after someone said she would be with me in 15 mins. I was told she tried to call me twice but she couldn't reach me. Probably because no one asked if my information was still current. My phone number has changed. She then offered to stay later if it was for my roots. At this point I was done.I'm licensed and have worked in a salon before but didn't want to color my hair this time. I just went to a professional beauty supply store and did the color myself. What a complete waste of my time. I'll go to Eric Fisher for my salon needs.

Horrible experience with the salon with Catherine. Wanted my hair dyed to match my roots and left with almost black hair with a horrible red tint, I went back to get it corrected and she argued that my roots were that color and her attitude was awful. She then color matched to a new lighter color and APPLIED IT OVER THE DARK COLOR, she didn't lighten it or anything. The color was not changed except the red tint was gone. It wasn't even worth addressing a second time, I will try to go somewhere else and have it fixed. There was $60 completely wasted.
