We just started using Great Clips. The first two or three times were great. This time however, I checked in online and the wait was 89 minutes, no problem. I show up at the 120 minute mark and my son's name had been taken off for inactivity. We are now 30 minutes in to our 30-45 minute wait at 8:30 at night. Tomorrow is picture day so I cannot just leave.

Last month I came in finished checked in as I checked in with the app. Then waited to get my hair cut. When the next stylist was ready to cut the next person, someone else walked in and checked in they were above me on the list. This happened for the next 3 people. I understand they checked in online/app, so no problem there. Until today when I was in the #1 spot on the check in list and they took someone that was in spot 8 in the check in list was called as next. Then they took spot 9 before getting to me. This is what is wrong with this location. They need to keep the same process for taking people in order.

Caitlyn does an amazing job! I used the app, it told me approximately an hour wait, so I gave it 45 minutes. I got there and saw my name was the second down on the list, and got in. She was very attentive, and I could not be happier with my cut. Highly recommend!

Michelle does a wonderful job. I've gone to her after having my hair cut at places far more expensive to *fix* the cut. The only reason I ever go somewhere else is because Great Clips doesn't offer coloring services. Highly recommended!!
