If I could give this establishment zero stars I would! I called in advance and scheduled an appointment to get my 13yo son's hair braided in basic corn rows. When we arrived (on time) we were left waiting for over 30 minutes before we were finally told we would not be seen because my son is Caucasian. During this time, we were laughed at, and my son felt humiliated. Before leaving, I was reminded the sign says African hair braiding... Are there not white people in Africa? Had this situation been reversed, this business would by now be the center of all sorts of controversy, but I am better than that. I took my son to Yacine down the street, where we were immediately welcomed without an appointment and my son's hair looks amazing. I wouldn't recommend going to this business for anything other than a teaching opportunity to show your children racism unfortunately goes both ways.
