Laun (loan) has been my hairdresser for over 20 yrs. I have gone other places occasionally but always return to her. When you stay with the same person they trust you as much as you trust them. She listens to what you want and makes suggestions if needed. She's the best.

I've been a regular customer for over 10 years, since the old location (where I had been going for many more years). The owner is very kind and always has taken good care of my hair. I've changed styles a few times over the years and she is always helpful with recommendations. As a business professional, my appearance is important to me, my customers, as well as my vendors. I can't begin to guess the number of complaints I've received through the years. The negative reviews seem unfounded. If your mother was in pain, she needs to speak up. This is a hair salon, not a psychic. If your hair cut was "unmanageable", go back to her and not another salon. I've never had an issue with my cut but if I wasn't happy, I highly doubt I would be turned away. The owner is, as many reviews state, exceptionally kind. Prices are reasonable. Location is far from my home but well worth the drive.

My elderly mother was left with her head hanging in the sink during a perm for well over 30 minutes..in the meantime the lady doing the perm worked on 2 or 3 other people as she just left my mom in pain hanging in the sink. Wonder if she does this to all her elderly ladies over 85? Now she has terrible neck and shoulder pain. Shame on you for doing this to my mother...she will never return to this place...your terrible to elderly women.

I made an appointment and she was late. I wanted a simple trim and ended up with a horrible cut that was too short and unmanageable the next day. I had to go to another salon to get it corrected. Nice lady, but I can't recommend this place.
