Stopped in for a haircut. The lovely lady did a great job. She has cut my hair all 3 times I have been there. Store was clean and organized. I have never been disappointed with Great Clips. 4.5 buzz cut ⭐'s Update: I had a new lady cut my hair today and she did a great job! I shall keep the most excellent 4.5 buzz cut ⭐'s!

I got this hair cut at the great clips in New Albany on Grant line rd on Friday July 21st at 12:30. Worst hair cut in my life. Got home and one side and top were super uneven. I asked of her one thing and she did exactly what she wanted to do to get me out the door. I would NOT recommend this location and I would NOT recommend the stylist that claims to have been cutting hair for 15 years and shaves her own head. I will NEVER be back.

I checked in on the app for 2 people. Our first time there. We did not have an appointment. They were finishing up someone when we got there, but got us right in. Both ladies were great! I normally get my hair cut by my aunt, but if you need a cut on short notice, this is the place to go!

Loved my experience! Loved being able to sign in via my app. My stylist knew exactly how to cut my hair. She is also the 1st stylist that advised me I could get my shampoo after the cut, which was great.
