Love Jaime and Jessica. Would not recommend Lisa. She always acts like you're a bother to her and I've had to even out my own hair when I got home twice now bc of her. Not going back to her.

I was in town for just a few days but I desperately needed a haircut, and I usually go to Great Clips where I live so I thought it was going to be fine. I got an okay haircut, but the elder woman with white/blondish hair who cut mine was very uninterested in being helpful. If I didn't say anything she wouldn't care. Also, she was not engaging at all. It seemed like doing her job was a hassle. She either needs to retire or check her attitude.

Most everyone is usually really good & good with conversation but, sometimes you'll get someone...not to friendly

Hair cut was good. But the new check on line thing is crazy. No one in the lobby. No one coming in the door. A 45 min wait because people have signed in on line. Crazy. Train your people.

Terrible service Lisa act as though I was bothering her to get my hair cut. Lisa was short and snappy from the time I sit down. When she finished with my hair she didn't even comb it out so I could appreciate the cut. Lisa then act shocked when I didn't tip her and snatched my receipt from me. I've only not tipped a person one other time in my life. I didn't want to make a scene so I just walked out. Will not be back and it's right by my house. Perhaps it's time for Lisa to retire or check her attitude one.
