I came to this location because of the good reviews. Apparently I got the bad apple of the bunch with my hair stylist. She was rough with my head, clawing and pulling with her comb, she burned my hair when blow drying it, made excuses for why her cut looked bad, then acted annoyed when I asked for her to try to fix it so it would look more like a bob haircut. She hacked away at it as if she were angry and then asked if I liked it (I didn't, but I didn't want her to touch it anymore) so what I'm left with is a bob where the sides are not even with each other. My daughter went with me and got the same bob haircut as me, cut by the other stylist that was there. Her hair looks absolutely fantastic and she is thrilled with her haircut and stylist.

Use online checkin to get in and out quickly. I usually get Sam or Lisa and they do a fantastic job. Love it when they have a haircut special too, I like giving my stylist a 100% or more tip on those days, too good of a deal not to.
