Unprofessional and money hungry

After a dissatisfying service Inez promised to refund me partially for a service. She said this through text! She gave me the run around then said she wasn’t giving me anything back. Now she’s online calling me a liar because she didn’t know I kept her messages and pictures of how messed up the style was. Uneven parts, locs barely attached, different lengths throughout my hair. A MESS! I will review her everywhere and warn everyone! Bad enough having your hair messed up, even worse when she adds salt to the wound. DO NOT GO HERE!

Inez has been doing my braidless sew ins for close to two years now. She does such a perfect job. It lasts for a long time and you can't even tell I have extensions in. I will never go to anyone else!

Inez does wonderful work on your hair. She get your exactly hairstyle request on the first attempt. I was extremely happy with how my hair came out and her prices are very affordable. One important aspect I love about her shop is that she only books one appointment at a time. So she can focus directly on you. I love it! Inez is very professional and friendly.
