This was my first experience. Asked for a wash,trim, and dry no styling. When getting under the dryer no one put the dryer down on my hair or asked if I was comfortable no one checked on me and when the dryer went off my stylist stayed seated playing on her phone so I got up and she took the Cape off while I was standing and never felt to see if I was dry or paid anymore attention to my hair. I wasn't asked if I needed a mirror to take another look or if I needed anything else done. There was no one else there and no one getting their hair done at the time so more attention could have been focused. I just felt like I wasn't comfortable w/ returning it didn't feel welcoming and I wish it was because I was shopping around for a new stylist. She was sweet the connection just wasn't there as wanting to be a long time client
