After coming in and requesting Julie at 12:30, I was asked to come back because she was due lunch right after she finished the man's cut on which she was working. I was asked to come back at 2 pm. I did not have a problem with that and gladly agreed and said I would return at 2pm which I did. When I returned Julie and the other stylist(blonde short hair I don't know her name) were sitting in stylist chairs in the back on their phones with their backs to the door. I sat down and waited to be greeted which I never was. I heard Julie said she was off the clock until 2:37. No one spoke to me to tell me when I would be taken. I was "still in the computer" from my 12:30 visit. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to talk to me I went up to the desk and asked about the timing since I came back at 2 as I was told to and only one other gentleman who was in the store when I came inhad finished and left. After being told it would be 25-30 minutes longer, I made eye contact with the stylist named Fiona (who had just finished the man's cut) and asked if she could take me right away. She said yes and immediately responded to my request for a shampoo, cut and dry. Fiona did a wonderful job and responded to my requests and asked the right questions about my haircut to make sure she met my expectations. I was happy with the results of my haircut by Fiona, however, I left disappointed and angry from the treatment I received from the other two stylists. I have been coming here for 8 years and have never had such a disappointing experience. What happened to courtesy and professionalism? As a long time customer I expected better treatment. As a new customer I doubt I would return after the treatment I received. Again, I was happy with Fiona and the haircut she gave and appreciate the courtesy I received from her.
