Paid for three haircuts, only one came out semi decent. First, I asked the lay to please remove all ends from my hair as I had recently damaged it from heat. I guess the lady thought I needed leave my hair long instead, bc she literally cut off nothing. She didn't even try to align the front and left one side inches longer. When I asked her to please cut the longer part off, she grabbed it with her fist and just chopped - never measured it out or anything. Guess what, still crooked. Was so disgusted by this that I didn't ask her to fix that nor the crooked "layers" that I had asked her to put in. Literally all of the damage was still there. I sat in the chair next to her while she watched my pick at all of the hairs and she didn't even try to say anything. Also, I had never had anyone be so violent while brushing my hair, she literally kept ripping the brush through from the top. She finally just handed me to brush to do it myself. She wouldn't slow down or be gentle. When I'm literally having 3-4 hairs ripped out of my scalp every time you brush, that's not just someone being tender headed. When she trimmed my daughters hair, she cut hers on a severe slant in the back and the front was crooked too. For my moms hair, she cut the back very nicely, but did not blend the front. Needless to say, we walked out and realized how poorly everything was done and I had to buy another round of haircuts to get it all fixed after spending over 100 dollars there. Pitiful.

Long story short, can't cut or straighten properly. Left covered in hair. Might as well cut your own. It will look better. My husband and I needed a quick cut. First mistake, went to the not so busy salon. Second, staff was not courteous to each other in front of patrons. I had Kelsey. I have a pixie long in front that really only needed the sides trimmed. I told her specifically to leave it long on top and the front. She dried my hair so it was sticking straight up then flat ironed it without any heat protection into a faux hawk. The point of straightening my hair is so it will lay flat so it can be cut evenly. She then proceeded to cut way too much off the top and then asked someone else to fix it. I left with a chunk out of the right over my ear, a bump because of how it was styled and bangs that are uneven, too short and with chunks missing. My husband wanted a high and tight. They didn't properly fade it in which is all he needed. Upon noticing my displeasure, no one said anything. Stylists, you are in the *service* industry. That means if the client says leave it long, LEAVE IT LONG! I can cut my own hair and my husband's. You all will definitely not be getting my money any time soon.

Went there for a rare haircut to cut off 16 inches for a wig donation to locks of love and got hit with a 40 dollar haircut (without the ten dollar tip that the girl didn't deserve after jipping me). Got the broken down receipt after paying and found out that I was charged for shampoo, conditioner, hair-drying, straightening, shampoo (again), and styling. I literally only got a cut (interrupted by the girl leaving to attend to other customers, booking appointments, and talking to other clients), no hair drying, no washing, barely brushed the hair off, and a few passes with an iron (though the girl never told me I would be charged $13.00 for that crap). Hair is cute, but I could have done it at home for cheaper. Rip off. Don't go there or you will get taken advantage of. No wonder barely anyone came to get a cut and there was only one stylist there.

Went there for a simple scissor cut and left dissatisfied. The stylist barely took any time with me and didn't show any concern for doing a good job. I left a pity tip because I saw a sheet of paper sticky'd to her work station saying "STAY POSITIVE." I empathize with working in a bad environment and/or being dissatisfied with your current line of work. Don't go to this Salon, at best you'll leave with a bad haircut, at worst you'll leave feeling worse off.
