Amy is the best! The absolute best. I am a man with long curly hair and always have trouble finding someone who can actually cut my hair and make it look good. Amy is amazing. Reliable, affordable, and conveniently located. Go check them out.

Pure Salon is perfect and the work that Amy does is amazing. The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing, designed perfectly. The staff is always so nice, knowing your name, asking if you want a drink, making you feel so comfortable. Its not a stuffy, "uptown" type place, its small intimate and, best of all, Amy (and Doug, I assume although I've never worked with him but his work I've seen is fabulous) does the best haircut and color I have ever had, without a doubt...and since I have very short hair, which Amy is a whiz with, lots of times before it wouldn't look good growing out, but with Amy no matter how late I am in getting a new cut, it always looks polished like I just got it cut. I would recommend this salon over any I have been to. Thanks guys!!!!!

This place is really great! I went after seeing some of the good reviews online and they totally lived up to it. Relaxed atmosphere, so I didn't feel out of place like in some super fancy salons, but the quality of the haircut and style were top notch! Haven't had a haircut this good in years! Totally recommend to anyone! Plus the prices are quite reasonable, especially for the quality and experience of both Doug and Amy.

Great place. I'm kind of picky with hair cuts and I hadn't found a good place in New Orleans until now. Amy was amazing, she takes her time and works with you to make sure you look your best. Excellent value. I'll be going back every month!
