Very rude, I moved from Houston a month ago, and decided to try this place out. I walked in, was not greeted, asked the receptionist how long was the wait, she explained that there was no wait, a lady came in after me and was greeted with a smile and was instantly seated. While I was still waiting. I left, it's all about how you do business, and it wasn't done good. I will never go back and if anyone ask for a referral it will not be to LV nails!!! I am also reporting to the business bureau!

I got the full experience since I had a gift card. The girl who did my toes didn't speak English at all and When I told her she cut my nail too short the lady next to her had to tell her what I said. I sat there for over 10 mins with cold towels on my legs. I was asking for an hour, and basically got ripped off sitting there with towels on my legs. I finally wiped my own legs off and just askes her to polish my toes. When they first opened they were good, but the service has definitely declined since. I won't be spending anymore money here

As a 67 yr old male my wife dragged me to this place. Never had my toe nails done by anyone, I always did my own and thought only women went. Any way went in and IT WAS GREAT, they made me feel welcome and did a great job on my nails.
