I absolutely love this place! The ladies are amazingly sweet but more importantly knowledgeable about hair and braiding. I was referred here by word of mouth. One thing that I enjoy about this shop is that my hair is never pulled extremely tight, my edges are always kept in tact. The talent and braiding skills of the staff is great, show them a picture and they execute it with precision. Very neat. I will be back again and AGAIN!

After only a week and four days I have to take my braids out because they were so tight my scalp started to scab and peel. I talked to the owner and asked for maybe some money back. She told me to take it out and she would give me a discount the next time they did it. NOT EVEN FREE! I told her I don't want them to touch my hair anymore. Right now I have a bald spot in the front and hopefully my hair doesn't fall out when I take these out. This was my second time coming here and the first time she was so pleasant . This time she was very passive and was not sincere about my hair . She said it was just dry and needed grease. Save yourself don't come here !!

Not worth my money. The braider came late and then talked on the phone the whole time slowing the process. Then I had to come back a week later because braids were falling out and loose she didn't get around my hairline good at all. Then when I came back to get it fixed the owner was late. I will never return there again. $200 wasted

The braider was nice but the braids weren't worth what I paid. The braids are different sizes, most are way too big, the braider didn't trim the stray hairs, and she didn't braid them tight enough. I got home and realized my braids looked like they were months old when I just got them done. The braids were not worth $200 and I will not be going back. I see that the salon has put a lot of work into looking professional and making the overall experience nice but the quality of what they're selling is more important.
