I had a great experience at Elements Hair! I was ready to change up my look and go short on my hair but I was nervous about it looking weird. I let my stylist (whose name I FORGET but who was younger and had short blonde hair) know my concerns and she didn't hesitate to make a few suggestions and show me how to easily style my hair in the mornings. I've gotten so many compliments over the past few days. And the scalp message during the hair washing was amazing. Worth every penny, and that's coming from a cash-strapped graduate student!

Love the staff at this place despite the distance I have to travel to utilize their services. Quaint, small salon, where I've gotten hair done and now continue to get Acu-Sage. Clean, tidy, and friendly. Aveda products available for purchase. Free back lot, nearby parking garage, or street metered spots.

Jessica has been cutting my hair for about a year. Overall, I have been pleased with the styling and service until she colored my hair. On the same day I called her with some concerns about the shade. She became very defensive and snapped at me. I have never felt belittled by a hairdresser until now. After spending $100 + $20 tip, I will not be returning.

Dawn always listens and delivers on what you want with a hairstyle. Rachel gave the best plant peel facial. As well as educated me on how to take care of my skin. Wonderful experience.

Terrible experience, and even worse customer service. If any mistake is made on the salon's behalf, they take no ownership of their actions and make excuses to avoid correcting the situation.
