Pretty bad worst hair cut and color I have ever had they messed my hair so bad and she take for 5 hours for just color my hair that’s freakin to much time she ruined my hole day. So disappointed. It would be a mistake go to this place.😡😡😡😡😡

This place is a rip off. They tried up upcharge me. Their price list on their counter they said was old prices and starting prices. No, if that's the price in black and white that's it.

I went in there for a basic color and set , the stylist named Monica that I was assigned to was very inexperienced with handling my type of hair , she was aggressively tugging at my hair with a comb and pulling the comb through from bottom , instead of detangling from the tip to the root! I asked her if she had a wider tooth comb and she walked out on me in the middle of getting my hair done! Very very unprofessional, and I never got an apology! Stay away if you are African American because they don't know or care to know how to deal with our hair type , they won't accept outside products and don't use any type of detangler or leave in conditioner whatsoever, stylist was very rude with a very short fuse, kept asking very odd questions that any experienced stylist should have an answer to, worst experience ever, came out of there looking crazy and had to slap a cap on in the hot summer , stay away!!!
