Poor service.. they were taking people from back of the line who are just walks in just like anybody else. I have always been a customer with hair cutters but now I will go else were.

It was my first experience at hair cuttery and the worst. I went for the hair cut and this is not the best place to get a haircut for Men. I considered the google rating of 3.9 to assume this would be a good option, but regret spending every penny. I can cut my hair better and the best part was when the staff told me to "go to a barber for a hair cut". To customers going: First check, if its possible to get your haircut, then only proceed. The hair was just cut randomly and had no what so ever thought or skill behind it. I wish I had gone to Salon Kevin or other salon rather than wasting 14$ and growing hair.

The woman that serviced my daughter was really nice and did a good job. The person who welcomed us when we walked in was nice as well, but she misquoted the price. When we were finalizing our bill another stylist closed out the bill. She informs me that the price wasn't $18 and it was actually $27. I wouldn't had an issue paying the correct price but the deliver of her answer was unprofessional and nonchalant. I asked her why was it $27 when I was quoted $18 she stated "I don't know, I her hair is long, and your total is $27". I was planning to bring my daughter every two weeks, her level of professionalism turned me off.. What was sad was she was cheerful and nice to each person in the salon but for some reason she wasn't friendly at all to me.
