I just left from having my hair cut. I had the most amazing experience. The woman that cut my hair Ms. Diane Graden, was the most amazing woman. I have had some serious health issues that has caused my hair to become very thin. It was emotional for me to say the least. She was so kind and understanding made me feel at ease through the process. I wanted to get it cut to make it look a but fuller than what it is and she made that happen. She did a beautiful job!!! I walked out there feeling confident and pretty again! I cannot tell you how happy I am! She is a wonderful person with such a kind soul. I will continue to go there to have her cut my hair.

This place has nasty people! My daughter came in to get a haircut and the stylist found a lice egg on her hair. The stylist over reacted and yelled across the room to my wife that my 8 year old who takes care of herself hygenically had a lice egg on her head. I understand she could of got from school and nobody else in our family has it but to embarrass her and to make her cry and refuse my other kids haircut was rude. She went over to the other stylist and spike out loud and said " no you are not cutting her hair either the other one has lice". If she would of took care of this quietly I wouldn't of minded but to make my 8 year old daughter cry for 30 min straight was ridiculous and never seen customer service so bad. Well taking care of my daughter's lice problem and I will never go to Great Clips again, or at least this one!

I always get my haircut here, however recent price increase making me think of buying my own clippers cause im now paying 17 to 20 dollars every 6 weeks...hmmmmmm😕
