Shopping on Jul16/2022 Ulta Everett Ma

My first time and last at this store, i can't believe how the employees treated me like i was a third class citizen. The store is wonderful, you can find products from all brands, great selections but my experience was awful, everyone should take a behavioral training to do their job better and relate to other people. The only person I would like to say Thank you is for Amanda who gave me attention and apologies that name I found on the receipt of my purchase. Good luck employer

If a product didn't work for you, you can always return it even if it is half used just make sure to bring the recipe. Also personnel is extremely friendly and will always recommend what works best for u rather than just selecting the most expensive option

They have a great variety of products but they don't have chanel makeup 😑

Well I invested in the ordinary line (skin care)and some winky lux lips and few other items... Spent almost 230.00 and no samples even when I asked.. surprised not even a perfume sample she just said sorry I was surprised I could have made the purchase anywhere Sephora and would have received minimum 3 samples Oh well
