I found James Jospeh Salon by accident when looking for a quick trim. I was paired up with Maria and I can't say enough great things about her and the salon. I walked in debating on cutting 2-4 inches off my hair - a totally new style for me and she knew exactly what I wanted and really delivered! The salon is clean and inviting and I walked out feeling like the hottest girl :) thank you thank you!

Get my haircut here every month or so. Make sure to ask for Jordan, he's not only the best stylist I've ever had, he's a great guy too. Not once have I left here with a haircut I wasn't happy about.

When booking the appointment I asked for a stylist that specialized in thick wavy hair, however, given the results it's clear that request was completely ignored. I provided the stylist with several photos as a reference for what I wanted, we discussed my normal hair routine (I usually never style it or use products so a low-maintenance cut is ideal), went in detail regarding my hair texture, and I asked her to not go shorter than my collar bone. The cut is horrendous. Not only does it look nothing like the reference photos, but the cut itself is uneven (the left is shorter than the right), it is approximately 1.5-2 inches shorter than what I asked for, and there is no evidence of thinning or shaping, which for my hair type is crucial. I now have no choice but to style my hair everyday and I had to buy at least 4 different hair products to make the cut manageable. I can't even go back for fix because I'm terrified of getting a worse cut. Unless you're getting a simple trim, I wouldn't bother with this salon.

I've been here twice. I don't normally go to fancy salons, but I decided to check this one out because I live nearby. The first time I went in, I went for a simple trim and loved it. The second time I came, I couldn't remember who cut my hair before so I chose a random stylist. This time I went for a major hair cut, and although I was apprehensive about having short hair, my stylist made sure I loved it. My friends' compliments about my new hair helped to solidify my stance that this salon is a trustworthy place filled with talented stylists.
