Jahna has been cutting and highlighting my super fine straight long hair for over 10 years. I am a little biased--I can't go to anyone else! Always perfect and she is the nicest person ever.

Meghan is the best when it comes to color. My hair color is perfect and exactly what I was hoping for. She's the best!

Meghan is the best colorist around for sure she slowly took me from chocolate brown to blonde and my hair stayed healthy. Eric cuts my hair and it last forever! Side note I have a ton of hair so not super easy!

Visiting Boston I needed my hair washed and blow dried. This was by far the worst hair experience I have ever had & I have had my hair done around the world with no problems. I was given a junior ( no option) who from the moment she started to dry my hair I knew it wasnâ€™t going well. It didnâ€™t. She then re washed my hair and started again. Disastrous! A different stylist tried to make my hair look normal but to no avail. The upshot is they didnâ€™t charge me but I left there with my hair looking worse than when I went in. Putting the extortionate prices aside ( I was willing to pay ) ...if you do make an appointment there my advise is to ask if it is a stylist or unqualified junior you are getting for your many $â€™s.

Been there twice, and they're great! Both haircuts have been exactly what I've asked for and I haven't had any of the stylists try to convince me of doing something else or sell me extra products, etc. My one gripe is the price. I expect a haircut with no extras to be around $100, especially in the financial district-but both my cuts have been $120+. $20 doesn't seem like it makes a lot of difference, but when adding a tip for the stylist it's a pretty hefty price. The short version: Stylists will do an amazing job and are happy to give you exactly what you ask for, but be prepared to pay a little extra.
