Had the best hair dresser ever Rita!!!! She cut and blow dryer my hair waxed my face all with a perfect smile on her beautiful face. Thank you so much. I finally found a place I can go and not wait for hours and have a pleasant time thank you again Rita see you soon ❤❤❤😘😘😘

Great stylists. Jenny always does my hair and it comes out great every time. Even after bleaching a lot of my hair it still feels soft and healthy.

More like 0 stars. I went in about 3 or 4 months ago, I asked Marie for a shoulder length haircut and when I was done my hair was directly below my ears. I was with my friend and her grandmother and they both thought I looked very cut with the hair cut. So I thought I did too at first because i kept hearing how good it looked. Without even being asked Marie very excitedly told me she knew I asked for something different but i looked 'so much like her sister, she just knew what would look good on me' . My friends grandmother paid for both our haircuts , and that's the only reason it got paid for. When I walked outside and felt how short my hair really truly was , i was sick about it. It took away every ounce of my confidence for months and I just am now starting to feel better about myself. I have to post my review here , even though it is late better than never !!! I called into the store to complain 2 days after my appointment and I was in tears with the girl on the phone, I didnt want anyrhing compensated but I wanted them to know how unprofessional Marie was and she proceeded to tell me they didnt have a Marie that worked there. So I dont know who exactly chopped my hair off that day, but I do know that the company never called me back and when I called AGAIN another 3 days later they told me 'they couldnt find my name in the computer' basically saying they couldnt see that I was in and got a hair cut. But I explained that it was under my friends grandmothers name and they said oh wel they couldnt help me . I'm disgusted by this company and I'll never be back . I'll never pay less than 20 dollars for a haircut again. I know it's just hair but the lack of care, the unprofessionalism from them, all turned me completely off . Never will return .
